| Are you open in the winter? | Pine Point Resort is open all year round and has some of the best ice fishing around. Call for winter rates. |
| Where can I get my fishing or hunting licenses? | Right at the Pine Point Store |
| What kind of hunting is available? | We have excellent hunting for Bear, Moose & Grouse. Click here for more information on hunting. |
| Is my deposit refundable if I cancel? | Deposits are refundable, provided we can rent the cottage or equipment you reserved before your sceduled arrival date. Any reservation unable to be filled will be your responsibility to pay. Typically, it's not difficult for us to fill a vacancy since we generally have a waiting list. |
| What is the tax rate for Canada? | Currently GST is 6% and PST is 8% |
| Are pets allowed? | We allow our guests to bring their pets. All pets must be leashed when outside and waste must be picked up by owner. |
| What hours is the Pine Point Resort Store open? | Our store hours
are 7:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. |

Medical assistance is 20 minutes away by ambulance. MedFlight is available to Thunder Bay. Check with your insurance to verify coverage.
